Overview

Genuine AC Delco Transmission Range Sensor also known as Manual Lever Position Switch for GM 4L60E transmissions.

This sensor communicates the driver-selected gear range to the TCM and PCM while also controlling the reverse lights and starter inhibit safety circuit to prevent starting in gear.

A failing range sensor causes incorrect gear indication on the instrument cluster, no-start conditions when selecting Park or Neutral, and diagnostic trouble codes P0705 through P0708.
