Do you sell to professional shops?
Yes. We have a wholesale program with tiered pricing for repair shops, rebuilders, and fleet operators. Visit our Wholesale page to apply.
How do I know which part fits my vehicle?
Every product page and title lists the transmission model and the year range it fits. If you are unsure, email sales@coretransmissionparts.com with your year, make, model, engine, and transmission code and we will confirm the right part.
What brands do you carry?
We carry parts from leading names including Sonnax, Raybestos, Alto, Transtar, TransTec, AC Delco, TransGo, and Borg-Warner, depending on the part and application.
What is the difference between a gasket kit, overhaul kit, and master kit?
- Gasket / Banner Kit: gaskets, seals, and o-rings only
- Overhaul Kit: gasket kit plus frictions, steels, and filter
- Master Kit: overhaul kit plus bushings, washers, bands, and pistons
How does shipping work?
You choose your shipping method and see live, carrier-calculated rates at checkout. Orders over $70 ship free within the US. In-stock parts ship quickly. Some parts are sourced to order and ship within 3 business days; you are notified, and if we cannot source an item it is cancelled at no charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders ship with live carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to US orders only.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this time. We are an online store.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. Email sales@coretransmissionparts.com with diagnosis, fitment, or installation questions and our team will help.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Most unused, uninstalled parts can be returned within 30 days. See our Return Policy for full details.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Email us as soon as possible after ordering.
