Do you sell to professional shops?
Yes. We have a wholesale program with tiered pricing for repair shops, rebuilders, and fleet operators. Visit our Wholesale page to apply.
How do I know which part fits my vehicle?
Every product page lists the year/make/model fitment. We also have a vehicle lookup tool. If you're unsure, email info@coretransmissionparts.com with your year, make, model, engine, and transmission code — we'll confirm the right part.
What brands do you carry?
We stock Sonnax, Raybestos, Alto, Transtar, TransTec, AC Delco, TransGo, Borg-Warner, Dorman, SunCoast, BD Diesel, ATS, RevMax, and more.
What's the difference between a rebuild kit, overhaul kit, and master kit?
- Banner/Gasket Kit: gaskets, seals, and o-rings only
- - Overhaul Kit: banner kit + frictions, steels, and filter
- - Master Kit: overhaul + bushings, washers, bands, pistons

How fast do you ship?
Most orders ship same business day if placed before 2 PM EST. We use USPS Priority Mail for small parts and UPS Ground for larger items.
Do you offer same-day pickup?
Not at this time — we're an online-only retailer.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. Email questions to info@coretransmissionparts.com. Our team can help with diagnosis, fitment, and installation questions.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. See our Return Policy for details. Most unused, uninstalled parts can be returned within 30 days.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped. Email us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently US only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
