Processing Time

Most orders ship the same business day if placed before 2 PM EST. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

 

Shipping Carriers and Methods

  • USPS Priority Mail (small parts, 2-3 business days)
  • - UPS Ground (larger items, 3-5 business days)
  • - UPS 2nd Day Air (available at checkout)
  • - UPS Next Day Air (available at checkout)
  • - Freight (oversize/heavy items)

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

 

Free Shipping

Orders over $99 ship free via standard ground service to the contiguous 48 states.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap.

 

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@coretransmissionparts.com with photos. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve.

 

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We can update the address before the order ships, but cannot redirect packages once shipped.
